If you’ve been around me for more than five minutes, you already know I believe in the power of manifesting. Not in a “wave a wand and poof a house appears” kind of way, but in that deep, soul-level trust that what’s meant for you is already on its way.
For me, manifesting has never been just about business, though real estate is my daily world. It’s about calling in the right energy, the right community, the right home. Because home isn’t only walls and a roof, it’s safety, it’s healing, it’s where your next chapter begins.
And I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to lose, to start over, to walk through grief, heartbreak, and all the changes that can flip your world upside down. I’ve had to piece things back together more than once. Manifesting has been my compass through those moments. The angel numbers on clocks and receipts, the journaling sessions under a new moon, the small nudges from the Universe that whisper: keep going. Those little signs have carried me forward when I couldn’t quite see the bigger picture.
Now I’m here to help you manifest/visualize your bigger picture ❤
🌙 Dream It & Visualize It
The first step for me has always been about letting myself dream again. And I’ll be honest with you, after loss, divorce, or career pivots, dreaming can feel almost… dangerous. Like if you picture too much, you’ll get disappointed. But, that’s exactly when the Universe steps in with those little reminders. And for me, it’s always been through angel numbers.
Every time I’ve stumbled across 3333, 444, or even the simple 110 on a receipt or the clock, I’ve taken it as a gentle nudge forward. A whisper that says: “Keep going, Alli. The seeds you’re planting matter. Even if you can’t see it yet, they’re growing.” I know my angels and higher power are watching over me and telling me that everything I have been manifesting, will work out, In time.
So what I do is, I let myself dream/visualize. Not about granite countertops or a certain number of bedrooms, but about how I wanted home to feel. I pictured soft morning light streaming through the kitchen while I sipped coffee, porch evenings with Rosie the cat curled up next to me, a neighborhood where neighbors waved as they passed by. I realized the essence of home wasn’t just physical. It was emotional, spiritual, energetic.
And this is exactly what I invite my clients to do, too. Before we even peek at MLS listings, I always ask: What do you want to feel when you walk in the door? 🌙 Feel the Energy First
When I work with clients, I always tell them: don’t just look at the house, feel it. Pause when you walk through the front door. Does your body soften? Do you feel safe, welcome, inspired? Or do you feel like you’re forcing yourself to imagine life there?
Homes hold energy, and when you walk through enough of them, you’ll start to notice the difference. Sometimes, it’s a quiet sense of comfort; other times, it’s a nudge that says, “Not this one.” Listening to that intuition is just as important as checking the comps.
Next, I’ll want you to ground this dream.
🌿 Ground It
Here’s the thing: manifesting isn’t only about wishing, it’s about grounding those visions into reality. I journal them out. I cut images for vision boards. I even script out little entries like, “I am sitting at my dining table in my dream home, sipping coffee, sunlight on my face.”
And I’ve watched this practice transform people. One client of mine started scripting what her mornings would look like, writing down every detail. And within months we found her a house that checked every single box. She told me later she couldn’t believe how close the reality was to what she’d written down.
Grounding the dream doesn’t mean making it smaller, it means giving it roots so it can grow. ✨
When you write, speak, or even think about your dream home, the words you use are powerful. They are vibrations. They are blueprints. They send a signal to the Universe about what you are ready to receive.
So instead of saying, “I want a home one day,” try shifting into the energy of already living it:
- “I wake up every morning in a home filled with light.”
- “I feel safe, supported, and inspired in my space.”
- “My home is aligned with who I am becoming.”
The more specific and heart-centered you are, the stronger the message becomes. Don’t just list features, speak in feelings, sensations, and gratitude as if it’s already yours.
Think deeply about your words: are you planting seeds of doubt (“if I ever find it…”), or seeds of certainty (“my home is finding me”)? The way you ground your dream in language shapes the energy around it.
When you align your vision with belief and speak it into existence, the process begins to flow. Synchronicities show up. Angel numbers wink at you from clocks and receipts. The Universe rearranges to meet you halfway.
🌸 Live It
This is where the magic becomes real: when the dream you’ve been holding finally arrives and you get to step into it. The vision that once lived only on a mood board or in your journal becomes part of your daily life. That picture of a porch at sunset turns into the very place where you wave to your neighbors after work. The angel numbers that kept showing up (11:11, 444, 3333) suddenly appear in the house address, the closing date, or even on the receipt from your first grocery run in your new neighborhood.
When you reach this point, it’s not just about the house itself. It’s about the alignment. Manifestation works when you believe you’re worthy of what you’re calling in. And once that belief shifts, everything around you begins to respond. I’ve seen this in my own journey: after walking through loss and starting over, I leaned on angel numbers, journaling, and vision work to guide me. And eventually, I found myself sitting in spaces that looked and felt exactly like what I had once only written down.
I’ve seen it in my clients too. The families who dared to script their mornings, describing the feeling of sunlight in their kitchen, end up in homes with east-facing windows. The single mom who kept saying she wanted a place that felt safe and supported now has neighbors who check in on her, just like she envisioned.
Living the dream is really about recognizing it when it arrives and choosing to fully step into it. It’s about letting yourself feel gratitude, even for the smallest synchronicities, because they remind you that you co-created this reality.
💫 Final Thoughts
When you allow yourself to dream it, when you boldly ground it in your words and energy, and when you step fully in to live it, that’s when the magic happens. I’ve seen it unfold in my own life and in the lives of my clients. The right homes showing up at the right time, filled with the very feelings they once only scribbled into a journal.
So here’s my reminder: you’re worthy of the home you’ve been dreaming of. The one that feels safe, aligned, and true to your heart. And if you’re ready to call that space in, whether through vision boards, angel numbers, or walking through Charleston’s neighborhoods. I’d love to help guide you. Because finding a home isn’t just a transaction; it’s a manifestation of your next chapter. And together, we can make it real.
XOXO, ALLI ❤
